You can take the regional train to Cologne main station and from there take the S-Bahn 11 in the direction of Bergisch Gladbach 3 stops to Cologne-Mühlheim station. There, take the S-Bahn 153 in the direction of Neuer Mühlheimer Friedhof and travel 5 stops to Von-Lohe-Straße.
