The Best Western Hotel Heidehof is the ideal place for firm events and conferences. We dispose of enough room for events of every range and we are able to adjust the conference rooms so they meet your individual requirements.
The existing technical equipment enables the ideal preparation and a trouble-free performance of every conference. Every room offers you a nice view and access to various areas outside the hotel like the inner courtyard or the grilling terrace.
With this, you can regenerate in your breaks and carry on working focused afterwards.

Our 240 m² banquet hall with 190 seats is the ideal place for events and conferences of bigger order of magnitude. You can divide the hall in two or even three parts; therefore the main advantage is that the size of the hall is adaptable to the individual preferences and needs. With this, the satisfaction and flexibility while planning your conference, is guaranteed.
Banquet hall I: 80 m² for up to 60 people
Banquet hall II: 76 m² for up to 60 people
Banquet hall III: 80 m² for up to 60 people
Conference and Meeting Rooms
In addition to the three banquet halls, the Best Western Hotel Heidehof offers nine rooms for meetings, conferences and seminars with a capacity for up to 80 persons.
Two conference rooms in the back of the hotel have a total area of 120 m² and can be combined as well. Altogether, 80 people can be seated there.
Conference room I: 60 m² for up to 40 persons
Conference room II: 62 m² for up to 40 persons
The seven seminar rooms are ideal for conferences of smaller size or private conversations. You can choose from sizes between 17 m² and 45 m² or a single room; in addition you also have the possibility of combining some of the rooms. All in all, you can dispose of up to 63 m² for up to 42 people.

Seminar room II: 23 m² for up to 16 people
Seminar room III: 22 m² for up to 15 people
Seminar room IV: 41 m² for up to 28 people
Seminar room V: 33 m² for up to 22 people

Seminar room VII: 45 m² for up to 30 people
The exhibition foyer is located on the whole ground floor. It is the ideal possibility to publish information for your conference participants when you are planning seminars in more than just one room. The area of 480 m² is also very popular during the breaks because you can stretch your legs and share experiences with other participants.
