About us

Our hotel is right in the centre of Salzburg, just 10 minutes‘ walk from the historic centre: classical-modern architecture, Salzburg Festival, theatre, Advent market, Hohensalzburg Fortress and the Cathedral await you in Mozart’s beautiful home city.

Our rooms offer cosy comfort for both short and longer stays with a wonderful view of the architecture and/or the mountains.

Free WLAN with glass fibre connection is available throughout the hotel.

If you go into the historic centre you don’t need to find out much about restaurants or sights beforehand – you can almost never be disappointed in Salzburg. Every guest can find something to suit here. There are a large number of activities and events for all tastes all year round.

In summary, we are a small hotel with a family-like atmosphere and in connection with Salzburg a grand and pretty hotel.

The hotel is very well located, It is a bit noisy if your room is on the front side because of the street but you can sleep very well anyways and the bed was the best!!

The room was very clean, only downside was noise from room but that weren't a problem. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. I would not have a problem recommending this hotel.

Very nice hotel, the stuff is very kind and helpful. Its about 10-15 minutes away from the centre. Room is absolutely nice with good temperature inside (in the winter). Would recommend to stay.

Hotel room and bathroom very clean. It would have made a great difference to room if all windows had heavy curtains we were missing one. Shower on bathroom had to be held in hand while showering. Can't understand why lift doesn't work after 10p.m. No security at hotel desk after 10p.m. outer door opens straight from street anybody can come in without key as there is no security.

The rooms were super comfy and clean. Spacious and well fitted bathroom. David at reception was super funny and super helpful. Helped us with the map, itinerary, places to eat and most importantly, tourist trap places to avoid! Speaking to him itself should be an item on every guided tour of Salzburg if you ask me. Dino at reception was just as cheerful. Early check-in is available on pay. They let us leave the luggage before the check-in and after the checkout in the storage area right beside the receptionist for no charge.

The staff are quite friendly and helpful. It's a bit pricey for the facilities. The city tax should be included in the price or you should mention it on the website before booking (this was my first time I've ever been charged for city tax even in Europe). You should provide each room with at least a kettle and cups (I got one after I asked the staff).
