We request that our guests wear mouth-to-nose coverings and welcome you to our facilities with equally equipped staff. We are committed to your relaxing stay and the protection of your health.
Cashless payment
Our concept is completely designed for hygienic, cashless payment. You can even use your own smartphone or tablet.
Room cleaning
In order to reduce contact to an absolute minimum, your rooms will only be cleaned during your stay at your request.
Breakfast offer
With regard to the special regulations concerning our breakfast offer, we would be delighted to send you detailed information on request.
Hygiene standards
In addition to generally applicable principles of conduct, conceptually well thought-out hygiene and infection protection measures contribute to a hygienically safe environment for guests and employees. Disinfectants are freely available in public areas.
TO PROTECT YOUR HEALTH
Please support us in creating a hygienic environment to protect everybody involved.
Thank you very much for your understanding!
Hand hygiene
Wash your hands regularly and carefully with soap and water for a minimum of 30 seconds.
Face protection
Avoid touching your face, especially around your mouth, nose and eyes.
Coughing and sneezing etiquette
Sneezing and coughing into the crook of your arm are among the most important preventive measures. In this case, please keep the greatest possible distance.
Hand sanitiser
If desired, please use a hand sanitiser in addition to washing your hands.
Distance-keeping rule
Wherever possible, please keep a minimum distance of 1.5 metres to other people.
Mouth-nose covering
We recommend the wearing of a mouth-nose covering as a textile barrier – as worn on public transport and in shops.
