In the newly opened PLAZA Residence Hotel in Stuttgart-Ditzingen you can expect a top modern ambience with the best facilities.

Ideally located in the centre of the Stuttgart metropolitan region with direct access to the A81 and A8 motorways, Stuttgart Trade Fair Centre and Stuttgart Airport. The S-Bahn station (Ditzingen station) is only 800 metres from the hotel.

Situated in the centre of town, yet in a quiet green area on the outskirts. Relaxation is the order of the day here after work.

Our extensive breakfast buffet is the perfect way to start the day. You can enjoy tasty sausages and cheeses, smoked fish, sweet spreads, various jams, a rich muesli and yoghurt bar, fresh fruit, numerous coffee specialities and freshly prepared egg dishes.

Do you have to leave earlier or want to sleep longer? - No problem, please let us know in good time.

We will be happy to prepare something for you. 
Of course, everything is also available to take away or as room service.

The adjoining restaurant seats over 100 people.  Our international cuisine with regional influences leaves nothing to be desired.  A daily changing, fresh and regional dish of the day rounds off our offer.

In good weather, the beer garden with 40 seats is also open for you from 4.00 pm.

The cosy bar with about 20 seats invites you to linger.  You will be served a cold beer or a nice glass of wine from Monday to Thursday from 4.00 pm until at least midnight.

Of course, (almost) every sporting event is broadcast LIVE on our flat-screen TV in our bar.

Travelling by car:
Coming from the A81 motorway, take exit 18 ‘Stuttgart-Feuerbach/Ditzingen’. 
Turn left towards Ditzingen. 
Take the next right towards the town centre (large junction with traffic lights). 
Follow the hotel route:
Weilimdorfer Straße straight ahead
Stuttgarter Straße straight ahead
then turn right at the roundabout (at Lidl) 
into Joh.-Fuchs-Straße, continue straight ahead 
Continue straight ahead via Autenstraße into Hirschlander Straße
Now take the second right into Ziegeleistraße
then immediately turn right again into Stettiner Straße.
At the end of the street (in the cul-de-sac) you will find our PLAZA RESIDENCE Hotel Stuttgart-Ditzingen.
Take the entrance to the underground car park of the Best Western Hotel. Access is also via the Best Western Hotel.

Travelling by public transport:
Coming from Stuttgart, take the S-Bahn line 6 in the direction of Weil der Stadt/Leonberg or S60 in the direction of Böblingen.
Get off at Ditzingen station. The journey takes just under 20 minutes.

As soon as you arrive at Ditzingen station:
Turn left in the direction of ZOB. 
Cross the road at the traffic lights directly in front of the ZOB and turn into Wilhelmstrasse (attention, pedestrian-only street). 
Follow Wilhelmstrasse straight ahead to the end on Mittlere Strasse (approx. 500m)
Turn left onto Mittlere Strasse and then immediately right onto Stegestrasse.
Continue straight ahead to Marktstrasse. (100m)
Turn left before Ernsting's Family on Marktstrasse. 
Then take the next right into Hirschlander Strasse (traffic lights).
Follow Hirschlander Strasse for approx. 150m and then take the second right into Ziegeleistrasse.
Take the next right into Stetttiner Strasse.
At the end of the street (in the cul-de-sac) you will find our PLAZA RESIDENCE Hotel Stuttgart-Ditzingen.
Take the entrance to the underground car park of the Best Western Hotel. Access is also via the Best Western Hotel.
The walk takes about 10 minutes. Of course we can also organise a taxi for you.
