Theresian Military Academy:

The Theresian Military Academy in Wiener Neustadt looks back on a rich history, which begins in a historic castle. It was as early as 1751 that the empress Maria Theresia converted this castle in the oldest military school in the world. Originally designed for the education / training of 200 persons (both nobles and commoners), over time the academy developed into the central training facility for the officers of the Habsburg Empire. It continues this venerable tradition today, every year training a new generation of highly qualified men and women. If you are interested in the acronym AEIOU, which was coined by Emperor Friedrich III, you have the chance to experience a possible interpretation of it during a tour of the academy grounds.
