Our Best Price Guarantee

Have you reserved a residence appointment with us directly only to end up coming across a cheaper offer (a price regardless of any discount campaign) with another supplier for the same travel period, on the day you made your booking? 

Then you can send us an e-mail to reservierung@plazahotels.de, by no later than 24:00 CET on the date of the booking. If you do this, please provide the following information:

• E-Mail subject: Best Price guarantee & your booking number
• Screenshot of the website with a link to the cheaper bookable offer with the same hotel (prices and services must be verifiable). It must be possible to view a summary of the booking in the dossier (the last page prior to the completion of the booking/reservation). The date and time must be clearly identifiable (include e.g. the launch bar in the screenshot).
• The booking number for your reservation with the Plaza Hotel Group (it could be in the subject line)

Your e-mail will be processed as quickly as possible, and you will receive timely feedback from us via the contact data that you have provided. The Best Price Guarantee shall be valid up to 24:00 on the day of your booking.
