Directions and parking
The PLAZA Premium Parkhotel Neu-Ulm is easy to reach by car or public transport.
The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the A7 and A8 motorways, allowing quick access from Ulm, Munich, Stuttgart and Augsburg. The city of Neu-Ulm and Ulm's main railway station are only a few minutes away. Parking is available at the hotel for guests travelling by car - access is via Flößerweg, following the signs to the Edwin-Scharff-Haus.
Ulm main station is only a 20-minute walk away and offers both S-Bahn and ICE connections. The hotel can also be reached from the station by taxi or bus. The closest airport is Stuttgart Airport (STR). From the airport you can take the train to Ulm main station. The train journey takes approximately one hour.

Conferences at the PLAZA Premium Parkhotel Neu-Ulm
Please note: The conference area is currently being refurbished and is expected to be available from summer 2025. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process any requests before then. If you are interested in the conference facilities at the Edwin Scharff House, please contact our partner directly.
Our hotel welcomes business guests with a dedicated conference area, including 3 meeting rooms with free high-speed Wi-Fi and modern technology. We are happy to organise your meeting or conference at our hotel.
In combination with the neighbouring Edwin-Scharff-Haus municipal conference centre, we can offer you ten state-of-the-art conference rooms covering an area of over 2,000 m² for events with up to 850 people.
Congresses, concerts, theatre, ballet, author readings or trade fairs: Our partner, the Edwin Scharff House (ESH) in Neu-Ulm, offers space for a wide range of events. In addition to its unique architecture, the Edwin Scharff House is also distinguished by its special location. It is centrally located (only a few minutes' walk from Neu-Ulm and Ulm city centre) and at the same time surrounded by nature. The River Danube flows directly in front of the building, with a beautiful park behind it.
The public car park of the Edwin-Schaff-Haus with 330 parking spaces is available to all hotel guests for only EUR 12 per night.
