Should you nevertheless find a cheaper, bookable offer on the day of your booking for the same hotel, the same travel dates and the same services (price excluding any promotional discount), simply let us know — by 24:00 CET on the day you book.

1. Secure your proof: Take a screenshot of the cheaper, bookable offer including the booking summary (the last page before completing the booking). The date and time must be clearly visible — include the taskbar, for example — and note down the link to the offer.

2. Send an e-mail: Send the screenshot, the link and your PLAZA booking number to reservierung@plazahotels.de. Subject: “Best price guarantee” and your booking number.

3. We check and get back to you: We will process your enquiry as quickly as possible. You will receive a prompt reply using the contact details you provided. The best price guarantee is valid until 24:00 on the day of your booking.
